Project Description

In response to a growing student population, Herzliah decided to build a new 95,000 sq.ft. high school, adjacent to the existing YM-YWHA buildings in Montreal. This building will include multiple classrooms and different student services.
Contracted by Herzliah to act as the project’s development manager, Kodem undertook to assemble a full project proforma and schedule, the design and consultation process as well as the construction of the project itself. Kodem also played a key role in the engineering process, in the administration of the budget and operational needs as well as in the various legal agreements.
