Saint-Joseph-du-Lac Shopping Centre, located 30 minutes northwest of Montreal, consists of a 28,500 sq. ft. IGA supermarket, plus a second phase of 18,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. Kodem was hired by Brookline to act as development manager for the project, managing the development, design and construction processes.
