This unique luxury condo unit is located at 2 Westmount Square, a landmark building designed by Mies van der Rohe. The 2,500 sq. ft. unit consists of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an Italian-design kitchen, a spacious living area and a 350-bottle wine cellar. Kodem was hired to serve as development manager, responsible for managing the design and construction process of the project.
