Project Description

The Herzliya Marina Residential Project, located in Herzliya on the Mediterranean, is one of the most upscale residential communities in Israel. Consisting of 150 units, the project features a pool, spa, courtyards and other amenities. The project offered a resort exchange program whereby owners were able to enjoy their designated usage at other resorts around the world.
Contracted by Azorim and Canadel to consult on the project, Kodem advised on both a fractional ownership program and a suitable architectural concept. Kodem also provided specific input regarding the establishment of a method to build the project using prefabricated panel construction shipped from outside of Israel.
