Project Description

Le Manoir Holt, named after Sir Herbert Holt, a Montreal businessman in the early 1900s, was designed as 72 condominium units in three structures. The project’s architecture was inspired by Tudor-style homes in Old Hampstead, and its attributes consisted of spacious units ranging in size from 650 sq. ft. to 1,500 sq. ft. Kodem submitted the Le Manoir Holt proposal to the Town of Hampstead with the intent of purchasing the site from the Town.
