Project Description

The CSN was founded in 1921 and has over 300,000 members in the private and public sectors. Located in three different buildings, the CSN wanted to centralize all offices and services at one address and expand their facilities by over 100,000 sq.ft.
Contracted by the CSN to act as the project’s development manager, Kodem undertook to assemble a full project proforma and schedule,  the design and consultation process as well as the actual construction of the project. Kodem also played a key role in the engineering process and in the administration of the budget and operational needs.
