The 1000 Saint-Antoine lobby renovation project marks a first step by Point Zero to rebrand and rejuvenate their existing real estate portfolio.   Point Zero is creating a fresh, modern and sleek look for this landmark Gazette building, which will allow them to reposition themselves in the Montreal market.
Point Zero hired Kodem to oversee the renovation and act as project manager, managing the design and construction processes.
