Project Description

Located in the heart of the St-Henri district in Montreal, these two industrial buildings were perfectly located to be redeveloped into either residential or commercial spaces. The new project included the addition of two elevators, underground parking, new entrances, a courtyard and the addition of two storeys to one of the existing buildings.
Kodem was mandated to manage the feasibility study which included the production of residential and commercial design options, negotiations with municipal officials regarding zoning by-laws and the development of several financial models.
