L’Allumettière 1 & 2 is a two-tower residential project on one of the main circulation axis in Gatineau, Quebec. With over 240 units, this project redefines rental living by providing modern design in a great location. Kodem was hired to serve as development manager, responsible for managing the design and construction of the project.
