Project Description

Located in Tel Aviv, Israel, Andromeda Hill is a mixed-use condominium project built in a one-of-a-kind location and offering a unique architecture. Kodem was mandated by the developers, Mordot Hayam Ltd., to consult on the project by giving an external opinion as to why sales were moving slowly. Kodem reviewed the project, identified design areas that were affecting sales and evaluated the sales program. Findings included suggestions for entering new markets as well as the idea of designing smaller units that would permit greater penetration of a less expensive market. A final report was issued to Mordot Hayam Ltd. outlining ways to increase the velocity of sales.
