In a Canada-wide expansion project, Canadian Tire Real Estate Limited wanted to expand their stores all across the country and throughout Quebec. These expansions consisted of 2 to 5 bays of additional retail and service space.
Contracted by Canadian Tire Real Estate Limited to act as construction manager during the development and construction phases of over 11 projects in the province of Quebec, Kodem reviewed tender plans and specs, recommended changes and provided management expertise and services throughout the construction process.
