Project Description

Cavendish Mall is a commercial centre located in the Montreal borough of Côte-St-Luc. The project consisted of rebuilding the main food court washrooms, adding family and disables facilities and renovating the 4th floor corridor of the office tower. Contracted by Mandevco to act as development managers, Kodem managed the construction contract and led design modifications.
