Project Description

Château Beauvallon is located 4 km from the Tremblant Resort on the shores of Lac Beauvallon and adjacent to Le Diable Golf course and a multi-functional trail system. This project consisted of a 120-room hotel with restaurant, plans for 2,500 sq. ft. of office space, a courtyard with a swimming pool and a hot tub, as well as meeting space.
Kodem was retained by Les Investissements Beauvallon Inc. to act as development and design manager for the project. Kodem worked in conjunction with the owners to create a concept for the project, a site plan, a critical path development schedule and a development proforma.
