Project Description

The Hemisphere project is located in Pointe-Claire. It will include over 330 rental units, a full suite of amenities including a pool, gym, branded lounge and business centre and an exclusive outdoor landscaped area providing a high-quality living environment.

Kodem was hired to serve as development manager, responsible for managing the design and the construction aspects of the project, as well as the marketing and the leasing of all units.
