Intrawest owns the land on which Tremblant and Blue Mountain Resorts are located. This undeveloped, residentially-zoned land occupies 232 acres and features a build-out of more than 750 units. Kodem was engaged by Intrawest to sell these development projects to their close contacts. Within four months, Kodem had developed project plans and pro formas that permitted Intrawest to establish ties with potential developers.
