Project Description

La Forge is a 7,500 sq.ft. two-level upscale restaurant located at the base of the Tremblant Ski Resort.
Kodem was hired by the owners of La Forge to act as development, design and construction manager. The mandate involved hiring a full professional team, creating the concept for the restaurant; establishing a full development budget, negotiating a fixed-price construction contract and managing the construction process. Complexities of the job included the development of an extensive mechanical system necessary for this type of operation, as well as severe time constraints during the design and construction period.
