Project Description

Located north of Lachute, this 48-unit residential project is set within a landscape of lakes and forests. Designed for privacy, the whole project included 24 semi-detached units as well as a community centre. Kodem was hired to serve as development manager, responsible for managing the development, design and construction of the project.
