Lavaltrie Shopping Centre, located 30 minutes east of Montreal, consists of a 32,500 sq.ft. IGA supermarket, plus a second phase of 19,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. Kodem was hired by Brookline to act as development manager for the project, managing the development, design and construction processes.
