L’Hymne des Trembles

Located on the ‘Versant Soleil’ side of Mont-Tremblant, L’Hymne des Trembles is an exclusive ski-in-ski-out residential project that includes condos, townhouses and single-family homes. The project is planned around a new ski hill with its own private ski-lift ensuring privileged access to the rest of the Mont-Tremblant resort. This one-of-a-kind YOO branded project is being developed over several years and is currently in construction.

Kodem was hired by Brivia to lead the development process with the Brivia team, from project vision to execution.

L’Hymne des Trembles is a four-time winner in the “Construction & Real Estate” discipline at the 16th Grands Prix du Design. It was awarded the Platinum Winner for “Construction / Prestige Construction”, “Real Estate Development / Low-Rise Residential Development”, “Construction / New Single-Family & Multi-Unit Housing” and “Real Estate Development / Future Project-Coming Soon”. In the “Architecture” category, the project won Platinum Winner’s in the “Special Awards / Architecture + Wood” and “Special Awards / Architecture + Landscape” categories, as well as a Gold Certification in the “Other categories in architecture / Concept & Unbuilt” category.
