Lise Watier Cosmetics is an international company with its main offices located in Montreal. The project consisted of a 16,000 sq.ft. warehouse expansion. Contracted by Lise Watier Cosmetics to act as development manager, Kodem led the design process, managed the tender period and managed the construction contract.
