Project Description

A two-hour flight from Montreal, Nipissi Eco Adventure Resort in Northern Quebec consists of a base camp and 40-person lodge, as well as two satellite camps capable of lodging 6-10 people each. This resort offers eco-tourism at its best and features two private lakes and vast areas of untouched landscape, ideal for fishing, climbing, walking or relaxing.
Kodem was hired by the developer to create a project vision, a master plan and a development pro forma.
