Project Description

Rigaud Shopping Centre, located 45 minutes west of Montreal, consists of a 20,000 sq.ft. IGA supermarket, a 3,000 sq.ft. Tim Horton’s and approximately 44,500 sq. ft. of leasable commercial space. Kodem was hired by Brookline to act as development managers for the project, managing the development, design and construction processes. Kodem developed an innovative flexible modular design for the strip shopping centre component of the project whereby bay sizes were flexible within five-foot increments.
