Stoneham Resort, north of Quebec City, features a village, residentials, hotel units and commercial facilities. Stoneham’s master plan called for 800 new hotel units, 60,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 320 ski-in ski-out townhouse units, 60 single-family units and the future development of four-season recreational facilities and activities.
Kodem’s primary mandate included assembling a full professional team to create a comprehensive master plan as well managing municipal approval, structuring and negotiating hotel deals and retail leases, assembling a full development pro forma, arranging for project financing, and structuring the sales and marketing program.
