Westmount Square – Asset Maintenance Study
Project Description
Westmount Square includes 2 commercial towers, 2 residential towers, a commercial mall and 2 levels of underground parking. The complex was designed by architect Mies van der Rohe and opened in 1967. Kodem was hired to execute a full assessment of the physical condition of the complex. Managing several professionals, Kodem led the investigation, feasibility study and cost estimate of over 145 distinct items. These issues included mechanical, electrical, architectural, structural and code items.
